  • If you’d like to work together, take the first step by scheduling a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're a good fit.

    If you have questions prior to hopping on a consult, contact me via the form below and I’ll respond within 1 business day (usually sooner!).

    On the consult, we’ll talk about what you're looking for in therapy, address any questions, and, if we move forward, set up your first session. You'll receive intake forms to complete electronically before your first appointment.

  • Our first session is all about getting to know you. It’ll be a bit more structured than future sessions in that I’ll ask specific questions about your background and what you’re currently experiencing. We’ll also talk about your goals and start shaping what our work together will look like.

    After that, sessions will feel more open and conversational. Some weeks, you may come in with something specific to discuss; other times, we’ll explore patterns and insights together. Either way, you’re not navigating this alone—I’ll always be there to help us find our footing and a path forward.

  • Most clients start with weekly sessions to build consistency and a strong foundation for our work together. Over time, we may transition to biweekly or monthly sessions based on your needs.

    As for how long therapy lasts, that’s deeply personal. Some clients find relief within a few months, while others benefit from longer-term support. We’ll check in regularly to make sure therapy continues to feel valuable, and if the time comes to step away or take a break, we’ll navigate that together.

    • 50-minute session: $215

    • Extended sessions (60, 75, 90 min) & therapy intensives available—please inquire for pricing.

    Payment Options

    All major credit cards are accepted, and payment is processed at the time of the session.

    Superbills & Insurance

    I don’t take insurance, but can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement and work with Thrizer to help simplify the reimbursement process.

    Sliding Scale

    I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots. Please inquire about availability.

    • Virtual Sessions: Available to New York residents via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

    • In-Person Sessions:

      • Upper East Side: 86th & Lexington (4/5/6, Q trains)

      • NoMad/Midtown: 30th & 5th Ave (near Penn Station, Grand Central, PATH, & multiple subways)

  • I see clients Monday – Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM. Availability may vary, so please reach out to inquire about current openings.

  • I understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to shift. My cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible while also honoring our commitment to reserving time for our work together.

    48-Hour Notice Required
    If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a $100 cancellation fee.

    Attendance Policy
    You may cancel up to 3 sessions per year in advance without needing to reschedule. After that, any additional cancellations will need to be rescheduled or will incur the $100 cancellation fee. (Late cancellations don’t count towards this number.)

    Fee Waivers
    I offer every client the opportunity to waive the cancellation fee twice per year, no questions asked.
